There are so many variations in today’s fashion colours. We believe most shades of colour will blend beautifully with its base colour.
Jozara® describes colours by the base hue. If you require a perfect match of colour, you may need to contact us and we will try and help you.

For example; Pale blue and all the shades of blue through to dark navy blue. In this case we will use blue as the description.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
International customers are not charged 10% GST. (currency converter)

Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard or debit card by the secure PayPal network. PayPal is free of additional charges to the buyer and allows you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information.
One of the most effective ways to protect yourself from identity theft is to keep your financial information private. PayPal enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with sellers.

We will also accept payment by direct deposit, bank cheque or money order. Simply choose the payment option you prefer when you submit your order.

Unfortunately we do not accept personal cheques and all payments must be in Australian Dollars.

Jozara's quality control division thoroughly checks all pieces before shipment. We securely pack our products in bubble wrap for protection and then depending on the size of the order, it is then sent in bubble wrap bags or sturdy boxes.
We will endeavour to ensure prompt delivery of your order using Australia Post as our preferred partner for deliveries in Australia.
International deliveries are also handled by Australia Post unless specifically requested by you the buyer.

Australian Orders
Orders $80 and over are free of delivery charges and are sent registered post. This means a signature is required at time of delivery.
Orders under $80 will be charged at a flat rate of $5.50 (inclusive of GST) and are sent by standard parcel post.

International Orders
Orders will be charged at a flat rate of $10.00 and are sent by standard parcel post.

Your order will be processed within 12 to 24 hours. You can expect to receive your goods in 5 to 7 working days within Australia and 5 to 14 working days for overseas.
We endeavour to meet these time frames however, if your order is required by a particular time it would be advisable to contact us and make this known. We will not be held liable for not meeting a delivery date.

If for any reason we are unable to supply an item, or delivery of an order will be delayed, we will advise you by email.

Prior to despatch all products are checked for defects by our quality control division to ensure the product is received by the customer in perfect condition. Each item is sealed in a bag with a Jozara® seal. This seal must not be removed or broken unless you are happy to keep the product. We operate a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive the item, you can simply return it to us for a full refund. All that we ask is that you return your purchase in its original condition, complete with its original packaging, unbroken.
For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded / Tracked Delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

To return a product to Jozara® for refund or exchange (see exchange and refunds) you will need to obtain a returns number.

Once you receive your 'Returns Number', Securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address that is sent to you by return email. Please clearly mark the 'Returns Number' on the Packaging

Customers who order products using the Jozara® web site, will receive a confirmation email.
Please note that some of our emails are not delivered because of anti-spam utilities or blockers. If you do not receive this email, you can log in to your account and check whether your order has been correctly placed or contact us by email.
