How do I return an item?
Prior to despatch all products are checked for defects by our quality control division to ensure the product is received by the customer in perfect condition. Each item is sealed in a bag or box with a Jozara seal. This seal must not be removed or broken unless you are happy to keep the product. We operate a 7 day returns policy from the date you receive the item, you can simply return it to us for a full refund. All that we ask is that you return your purchase unworn and in its original condition, complete in its original packaging.
For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded / tracked Delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
